4MAT 4Leadership is a transformative learning experience that delivers a powerful framework for understanding leading strengths in four key areas: purpose, process, performance, and possibility.

While some may say that the ability to inspire others into focused action is a natural talent some are born with, we know different.

You will learn how to:

 

  • Define your core leadership and management strengths with the 4MAT Leadership Behavior Inventory (LBI)

  • Create a culture that invites peer-to-peer coaching

 

  • Script out coaching conversations for common performance issues

 

  • Look for the right things when observing team members in action

 

  • Cultivate your team’s skill in giving constructive peer: peer coaching

 

  • Use the 4MAT 4-step model to raise issues confidently and positively

 

  • Link performance focus to meetings and one-on-one communication

 

  • Generate solutions for common coaching scenarios you deal with frequently

 

  • Build an action plan that leverages your strengths through leveraging other

 

  • Identify where your organization is in its lifecycle and choose the right leadership focus to move to the next level of evolution

 

  • Leverage the collective strengths of your team by aligning thinking and functional strengths to the task at hand

 

 

  • Implement a plan to apply strategies to maximize personal leadership impact

 

  • Create mutual agreement that improvement is needed by asking the right questions

 

  • Discover the one area of influence you have in shifting team attitude and performance
