4MAT 4Leadership is a transformative learning experience that delivers a powerful framework for understanding leading strengths in four key areas: purpose, process, performance, and possibility.

You will learn how to:

- Create a culture that invites peer-to-peer coaching
- Script out coaching conversations for common performance issues
- Look for the right things when observing team members in action
- Cultivate your team’s skill in giving constructive peer: peer coaching
- Use the 4MAT 4-step model to raise issues confidently and positively
- Link performance focus to meetings and one-on-one communication
- Generate solutions for common coaching scenarios you deal with frequently
- Build an action plan that leverages your strengths through leveraging other
- Identify where your organization is in its lifecycle and choose the right leadership focus to move to the next level of evolution
- Leverage the collective strengths of your team by aligning thinking and functional strengths to the task at hand
- Implement a plan to apply strategies to maximize personal leadership impact
- Create mutual agreement that improvement is needed by asking the right questions
- Discover the one area of influence you have in shifting team attitude and performance
- Gain commitment on future action using proven strategies in each step of the 4MAT cycle
- Set up effective follow-up strategies to ensure improvement happens after coaching
